What do u need in order to make a full lip?
lip liner
lip balm
lipstick
Lip gloss

In order to get that full lip using your lip liner fill in the lip as well and lining the lips. Using your lip brush take lip balm and applying sparingly on the lips. Next using the same lip brush apply your lipstick color onto the lip.The final touch adding a lipgloss only enhances and exaggerates the lips.
